[Event] A New Neighbourhood Retail Hub in Kajang @ De Centrum Mall

De Centrum Mall, a neighbourhood retail hub that launched by Protasco Bhd this October. The new mall is located in Kajang in its 100-acre De Centrum City Development. Thanks for having me on the new opening and congratulations to De Centrum Mall.

The neighborhood mall is part of Phase 1 of the De Centrum City which will include a hotel, a convention centre, office towers and luxury condominiums once complete in the next 10 to 15 years.

De Centrum Mall currently has 3 anchor tenants as well as an array of retail outlets varying from IT stores, appliances and general household stores, and also a fitness centre, among others; as well as a list of eateries of restaurant and cafes that would leave visitors spoilt for choice.

The mall includes fast-food chain KFC and Pizza Hut, which have always been crowd favourites. For groceries, visitors can pop into the Super Seven Cash & Carry grocery store or make a quick dash for snacks at the 7-Eleven.On the first floor, Raw House Gym caters to fitness enthusiasts, while SPP Bookstore provides students with the text book and stationery supplies they need for school.

At the event, Protasco’s property arm Protasco Development Sdn Bhd showcased their other development projects i.e Blocks C and D of De Centrum Unipark Condominiums. The property showcase also included Protasco Development’s two other projects, the Sentrio Business Centre, a new commercial development in Pasir Gudang, Johor and D’Perdana, a new condominium project in Telipot, Kelantan.
