[Food Review] 7 Course of Chef Selection with Unique Omakase Style @ Butler & Chef Italian Dining Restaurant

In Publika, the most convenient and high traffic neighborhood mall in the heart of KL. There are plenty of restaurants for dine & drink... almost every kind of food can be found in Publika. Anyway, I got a great restaurant to share with my readers. Whereby, I was invited and dine in an Italian restaurant serving you in omakase style. What is omakase? This made us even more excited for our first experience of Italian omakase (Japanese word for "leave it to the chef"), and we were not disappointed.
This November, Butler & Chef - The Italian Osteria restaurant official new opening in Publika. Congrats and thanks for having us in your restaurant. Before we start, let me tour you around to Butler & Chef Italian restaurant.

We were anticipated to dine here, as even more I am excited to try the "surprise" (no menu, up to the chef to decide on what is good / fresh for the day). This is the first time I don't get to choose my food in a restaurant, hopefully it will be as good as my mum's cook because thats what I can't choose from too.

Lets start with the first dishes - T H E   A P P E T I Z E R S 
Charcuterie board served with baguette slices, buffalo cheese with pesto, tomatoes, smoked salmon, some green and prosciutto then drizzled with olive oil

Second starter dishes -  T H E   S T A R T E R S
Brussels Sprouts Soup topped with cream.
Main course - E N T R E
Chef Mino choice of grill fish. Smooth, soft and juicy mixed with cream sauce. well perfect grilled capsicum. I love this dish very well.
After peeling off, you can see the red fish bone which means the fish is fresh.

Second main course - E N T R E 
Grilled T-Bone Steak, medium well, great texture, juicy and delicious with roasted potatoes. Yumzzz..

Third main course - E N T R E 
Seafood Spaghetti. My favourite, spaghetti well cooked in tomato sauce with fresh prawn, mussel and squid.

The sixth  - D E S S E R T
Simple and delightful fruits combination.

The last - C L E A N S E R
Final palate - Sgroppino, a slushy combination of lemon sorbet, vodka, and prosecco,

To satisfy our sweet tooth we got ourselves some Red Velvet cake pair with Harney & Sons Tea to help my digestion after having a 7 Chef Selection. Love the Read Velvet cake, is super moist and fluffy!

Christmas is around the corner, so book your place to enjoy this omakase style dining restaurant. Is a different experience to have chef cook in front of you and you won't missed out the amazing cooking vibe.
