[Food Review] Sarawak Laksa, Kolo Mee, Kueh Chap by Auntie Lan Sarawak Deli @ NZX Food Court, Ara Damansara

Have you tried Sarawak's foods before? Whats made you crave the most? Sarawak Laksa? Some of you may know what is Sarawak Laksa but not me. Haha! Because I'm from Ipoh, our laksa is sourish, greyish color with fish. It is similar to 'Asam Laksa' from Penang style. Yup, I'm totally confused! However, I am glad that I found this delicious stall serving 'Sarawak Laksa' near my house at Ara Damansara. 

It is located at NZX, Ara Damansara (Niuzexui Food Court - 牛车水 美食坊 - NZX Commercial Centre) Thank you Auntie Lan for serving me such an amazing Sarawak foods at your stall. The food are quite special to me, as I never taste such a delicious food from Kuching, East Malaysia before.

Sarawak Laksa is made of rice vermicelli noodles, fresh prawn, poached chicken, shredded omelette, beansprouts and corriander (cilantro or Chinese parsley) - my favorite parsley💖

Auntie Lan homemade laksa paste is the main key ingredients of making the laksa broth. 😋👍
